How Long Does Botox® Take to Work?

What is Botox®?

Botox® is a cosmetic treatment that consists of injecting an FDA-approved anti-aging solution into the face. It is used to treat the appearance of dynamic wrinkles and fine lines. It has been known to be effective in treating neck spasms, chronic migraines and excessive sweating.

Botox® is one of the most popular cosmetic treatments as the results it yields are fantastic. If you are looking for Botox® treatments, Baltic Beauty Center is a licensed aesthetician who will be happy to give you all the advice you need about your treatment before you book in.

How Long Does Botox® Take to Work?

Some patients may see their results from Botox® after approximately three or four days. However, this is not the case for everyone, and for some people it will take a little bit longer.

At Baltic Beauty Center, we highly recommend that you wait up to 14 days before you start to worry about your Botox® treatment being ineffective. On day 14, this is when you should be able to see the result a lot more clearly, and after 30 days your results should be optimal.

How Long Will My Botox® Results Last?

This is going to depend on a number of things, as every patient is different.

Generally speaking, Botox® results can last 3-4 months before you are going to need another treatment.

However, there are some people who will experience the results for longer, usually around 6 months. There are also people who notice that their results are fading quicker at around the 2 month mark. It is not always easy to say why this happens, but it will depend on your skin type, and how your skin takes to the treatment.

It is extremely common for first-timers to notice their results wearing off faster. However, this should improve with the more treatments that you have with us!

Benefits of Botox®

Botox® helps people to feel more confident in themselves by giving them the look that they desire. It helps ensure that you physically cannot alter your face that much, reducing the risk of wrinkles and fine lines forming any more than they already have.

Many people don’t want to go through surgery to have a facelift, so this option exists to help them avoid that. As well as this, Botox® is also fantastic for helping reduce the symptoms of certain medical conditions. If you want to know more about this, you can ask our specialists all about who would benefit from this.

Who is a Candidate for Botox® Injections?

If you have skin that is in good condition, are over 18 years old, are not pregnant or nursing and have general good health, you are a good candidate for Botox® injections. Generally, people who have wrinkles or fine lines are suitable candidates for Botox® as long as the above is also true.

"I originally heard of Baltic Beauty through a friend. Not only is the atmosphere comfortable but the spa is beautiful. They were so professional and answered every question I had about all of the services. I definitely will be bringing my girlfriend here."
